Maintenance Service Configuration Optimization for Complex Equipment

چکیده
Maintenance activities mostly depend on the specific conditions of individual equipment, being defined as personalized businesses. In order to improve efficiency maintenance for complex equipment in lots, thinking mass customization is used. After modular technology used generic model, product/service was divided into mandatory and optional modules, which can form multiple service solutions. Considering characteristics customers’ requirements, configuration optimization find most satisfied solution under different objectives. This paper aims provide ideas solutions services. A multi-objective model established, an algorithm based Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms (NSGA-II) proposed solve this model. Finally, Electric Multiple Units (EMU) bogie taken example verify feasibility algorithm.
